This Privacy Policy explains how the “Sushi Tempura Publishing Tool” (the “Tool”), a private application operated by the owner of the Sushi Tempura YouTube channel, handles data when using the YouTube Data API.

1. Who we are

Sushi Tempura is a Japanese-themed lofi / ambient music channel on YouTube. The Tool is a private script used solely by the channel owner to schedule and publish our own original music videos and Shorts to our own channel. It is not a public service and is not distributed to third parties.

2. Use of the YouTube Data API

The Tool uses the YouTube Data API to upload videos, set thumbnails, manage playlists, schedule publishing, and read the channel’s own state. By using YouTube API Services, the Tool’s operation is subject to the
YouTube Terms of Service and the
Google Privacy Policy.

3. Data we access

The Tool accesses only data belonging to our own YouTube channel via OAuth 2.0:

Our own video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, publish times)
Our own thumbnails and playlists
Our own channel statistics (public counts)

The Tool does not access, collect, or store data belonging to any other user, viewer, or third-party channel.

4. Data storage and retention

OAuth tokens are stored locally on the channel owner’s own computer and are used only to authenticate with our own channel. No viewer data, personal data, or third-party data is collected or stored. We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties.

5. Data deletion

The channel owner may revoke the Tool’s access at any time via the
Google security settings.
Locally stored OAuth tokens can be deleted at any time. As no third-party data is collected, there is no third-party data to delete.
